Scotland 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Bonatti Grey

Would anyone know if the BCM is interchangeable as long as its like for like.
Going on my problems with this interlock code , I am trying to narrow this down to my BCM is corrupted.
Any knowledge out there appreciated please.

Thats some good info, I think on that basis its worth the risk of changing the BCM with a Bcm with the same part number.
It maybe stuck in transport mode but the Gap says I have deactivated it. So along with the non existant countdown it may be goosed , and oh the left headlight wiper has a habit of not parking right , also I think the steering is on the stiff side.

Update , .........Not good !
Changed Sat nav and Bcm and still locked!
I can't believe that no one especially Land Rover has no info on this .
I've been back and round and repeated everything.
Perhaps the immobiliser ecu needs a refurbish .

Well after the 20th reboot of the car systems and genrally replacing the BCM and Sat Nav I got the countdown and the car started on zero!
God knows what I did!

Absolutely excellent news.

It’s not often we get stuck on this forum….. but this was a strange one.
