Its odd that your medium Disklok doesn't fit. That's the size I used on my 2007MY TDv8 - on the middle setting.
I wonder if pre-facelift steering wheels were chunkier or lot larger diameter ?? |

| There's no difference either way. Critical is to have the car level - which might be more likely with the lift dependant on the surfaces you've got available. |

A 3rd option is to replace the EGR with a through pipe, but leave the removed EGR connected to the wiring.
Then do the EGR blanking at the exhaust manifold outlet. Cheap, easy and keeps the ... |

If you've just had a rear caliper fitted, I'd question whether the garage has tightened all the brake fittings first, then wonder why they hadn't noticed the issue,

If you're finding brake fluid under the car and noticable loss from the reservoir, the pipes have rusted badly & could suddenly lose all pressure if the brakes are pressed hard in an emergency.

That is weird!
If the suspension was going to change at low temp, I would always expect it to be stiffer as the dampers fluid viscosity increases. |
