I think the 5 year stuff is G13++, I got mine from Euro Car Parts, under £20 for 5 litres delivered. I think it was Comma.
You will need some bits of tubing and adaptors.

My factory fitted tow bar on a2010 turned the reverse sensors off and also the car rear fog lights.
The fog lights were not wired through a switch in the socket.

Calculated over 70,000 miles I averaged 17.14 mpg but a lot of that was towing 2000 kg of caravan.

I suspect you plug both caravan cables into it and it then uses the caravan battery to power the caravan external lights or hazards in case you have a breakdown.
