| I know one of the criteria to work is 1/4 tank of fuel minimum also outside temperature has to be below +5 (guessing now) might help you? |

On the oil front, I think most people who use Shell, including me, are using Shell AJ-L 5w30 C1 which is slightly different to what you are using. Whether it has any difference I don’t know.

| As you say, virtually unheard of with these TDV8’s, most oil coolers seem to fail between 80-100k so if yours is the original, it’s done well. |
