United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Santorini Black
Rear diff oil change

Hi All,

I believe there are two types of rear diffs each requiring different oil. How do I know which one I have?

My car is a 2012 4.4 TDV8 with the ZF8 gearbox if this helps.

Thanks 2012 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Santorini black ivory leather

I’m going to waffle here……think you need to find the build sheet….Topix(?) rings a bell, but there’ll be others on here with far more knowledge to put you right. 2012 Orkney Grey Westminster 4.4TDV8 with Ivory interior.........nice!

Get underneath, if the rear diff has wires going to a motor on the top of it, you have an ediff, if not it's a normal open diff.
