I need a pair of tyres for my S/C, and I've been looking at Nexens, I've done some searched on the forum and it comes up with comments like cheap crap, but generally the reviews online seem to be pretty good. Looking at their US website it doesn't look like they are a typical cheap tyre company:

I had four of them on the old SC and found them to be quite good at road holding and shoulder wear considering its polo mint city I live in (roundabouts galore) ====================================

Yet i found the 19's that i bought from dan and had on my old SC were Noisier , and the 20" Pirellis i have now are less grippy and roadholding than the Nexens …. ====================================

So on current feedback, a bit of a gem really considering they're £100, against, for example £250 for Conti's!, or £328 for Pirellis! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining! |

I think these days the more well known secondary makes like nexen kumho etc are actually very good and compared to the to brand names, I don't think the performance of the more expensive makes justifies their high cost V8 or else ... |
