I was working in Dubai all last week and had a few hours free on Friday morning, so the guys took me out in the desert towards Oman to do some DIY dune bashing. It was just 2 cars, a Mitsubishi Pajero 3.6 V6 petrol and a Chevvy Suburban 5.8 V8.

Stan, it's the exact size of a credit card and only 11mm wide. It's so easy to keep in the pocket.

i'm pretty set up with my iphone4 which has a decent camera and hd video recording all in one small package..

Phone /camera is okay for taking those daft instant on the spot shots , but a specific camera will always turn out better quality pics … |

I have a Nikon D50 DSLR with a telephoto lense that can take stunning pictures, it's just too bulky to take abroad really. Discovery 4 HSE

Can't go wrong with an ixus, we're onto our 4th now, the last one, (Ixus 700) has just died, lens stuck out. I bought a 100IS for £120 2 years ago and it's perfect. 2006 Mercedes CLS

Did some dune bashing back in 1988 in Dubai using our companies agent's own classic RR.
