Seem to have most of the teething troubles sorted now, just need to sort out the button codes to get better control, and now my intended PC has arrived I can set that up and put it in place. Now to figure out how to run digital TV..... .

I'm only using a lowly Acer Aspire One with 160gb HDD. This is fine for a car pc, low power, small footprint, all in one, screen attached, has battery power

Found some time to review the iBus codes coming from the head unit, and checked these off against the list that comes with carx, and put them in the carx.ini file.

Been making really good progress of late, having switched to a Linux setup and with help from Art Tevs of the OpenBM project. Tonight I ran the hardware and software together and was able to operate XBMC from the OBC buttons.
