Ignition Supply

Re 11 spec Full size TDV8
Does anyone know where in the rear fuse box i can pick up a proper switched 12 volt feed
Most of the fuses are permanently live or if switched they remain power on for about 30 seconds.
Your then hear an audible click and they turn off,
I was wondering if the fuse box uses a can signal for turn on?
thanks broncoupe

The tow socket (s) supplies will have at least 1 (possibly 2) ignition circuits which could probably be used.

No idea I'm afraid, I only have a TD6, but they will be there.
Will be listed in the fuse schedule?
A 12S socket has 2 switched +ve's for fridge and battery charging.
The 13 pin only has the fridge supply.
If you can't get onto the fuses you should be able to pick up off a cable and install an in-line fuse.
