Stone Chip Repair: Who to use?

I picked up a stone chip last night, right in the middle of the drivers field of view. Can anybody recommend who to use, of course it'll be covered under insurance, but I don't know whether to use auto windscreens, national, etc. For a repair I guess any of them should be ok, but I'm thinking just in case it ends up needing a new screen.

cheers,

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Santorini Black

Hi David
Had this last year. Asked for a repair and they said not possible because it was in the drivers eye line so new screen needed. I told them I wanted a proper land rover screen and not a pattern part they said they were more expensive so my insurance company would not wear it, I said I wanted one anyway, the bloke went away and his boss phoned me back to say that they would fit an original screen a couple of days later as it was no more expensive that the pattern part. That was autoglass by the way and they made an excellent job of it. 12MY Black FF VSE

It is allowed to repair a stone chip in front of the drivers view as long as the chip is no more than 10mm in diameter. Elsewhere on the screen chips 40mm diameter are ok to repair. No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE
