It might help if you can specify which 20" alloys you have, as ones that are designed the RR Sport are different to ones for the FFRR, thereby tyre size choice comes into play.

thanks for the reply - Im getting more and more concerned that i am biting off more than I can chew with this plan. The guy selling the RRS 20" wheels (Stormer Alloys) doesn't know what size they are (besides being 20" and currently on his RRS supercharged) but assured me they were going to be the same for FFRR and RRS.....now I just dont know - I have a budget of £750 ish for four tyres......but the 8.5J measurement is yet another one I simply dont understand - am I crazy.....

Note that RRS wheels have a lower load rating (900kg) as opposed to FFRR wheels (925kg), D3 wheels have the highest at 940kg.

For me, I just think that alloys from the Sport don't look right on the FFRR. Stormers are very common these days on the Sport and look odd on the FFRR.

In the TDV8 the tyres are not 109V, but 109Y. That specific point leaves the michelin and goodyear out, as they are V tyres. Now that you're about to receive a TDV8, prepare to pay that price. Having just two brands available means killer prices. |
