I'm still trying to get to the bottom of my squeeky EGR value every time you turn off the engine which I'm being told is "Standard Sir"

Not sure about this but you could try BBA Reman they might be able to refurb your existing valve. |

Andy, never noticed the EGRs making this sound on my old RRS but the TDV8 definitely makes this sound.

Your dealer should be able to raise the part request to "VOR" level (Vehicle Off Road), and possibly even further to "VOR Escalated".
