switch on the dash, or select reverse first then the fronts will be activated. ... - .- -.

I just assumed when you select reverse the park distance control comes into play both front and back? Back works fine but no beeping happened when am object is close to fri t bumper? |

you assumed correctly...if after selecting reverse you find the fronts are not sensing then there is a fault ..btw ,it would help if you could update your car profile.. ... - .- -.

Why is this.. can it be changed e.g. with a Faultmate or soem hidden (to me) menu, so they're always active below say 5 mph? Im sorry, but why would you want them on every time you slow to under 5mph??? I could think on nothing more irritating!!! (apart from my Mrs watching strictly!)

Um. Fair points... I've got them on the Audi and they just seem to work, I've never switched them on (or off) and never had a problem in traffic or whatever. It's maybe a question of their sensitivity / proximity of the object being sensed...

That's in the Mercedes system - always bloody come on below a certain speed. SO ANNOYING. |

i had them in my VW Touareg and they were always on but it didn't seem to bother me, living in the sticks they don't beep much... |
