United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover SE Td6 Zermatt Silver
Tonga Overland Special - Project 2

I have just bought a 2006 7-seat Auto in very Dark Blue (Buckingham but looks Black on a D3) for my next project.

I want it to be different from G4 Black to keep me interested but it must have very aggressive tyres, lots of lights and a snorkel/rack/ladder etc... (Ideas please)

Also this one has air suspension & terrain response being auto. Does anybody know if its easy to raise the standard ride height by say 4mm to get the clearance for the KL71's - I am sure it can be done with Test-book/Fault-mate or similar. If not do I need rods....?

I can't answer your questions, but I'd like to know, when are you going to post the first photo?

Very soon - it will be Monday or Tuesday Thumbs Up

PS: Apparently fault-mate can raise the suspension so that normal ride height is 4mm higher. I have had an offer of assistance from a D3.co.uk member so that one is sorted Very Happy

I was about to sag I'm sure a testbook or fault mate could reset the hieght Smile

Against that color I'd reccomended getting the snorkel, rack and ladder in a gloss black to set the color off Smile

Gary's copied the shortened links straight off DISCO3, and they are shortened by sticking ... in which breaks the link when copied...
