All they've done on the 2012 is put a black backing. They don't really look any darker because the lens is still clear - in fact you have to look pretty close to notice the difference.

Those are beautiful. Perfect execution with your vehicle color. I was not a fan of the 2010+ tails...until now. |

Cam tech Craig can supply some fantastic smoked 2010 lights, with no red in them, they look fantastic on my old car.

Thanks for your views. It is easily reversed as the tint wipes off with no trace with white spirit. I experimented with the number of coats as I didnt want them too dark. I agree they might not look right on a lighter coloured car. |
