Scotland 2017 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

Sadly in a world where people don't really want to take a chance on something "different", I think you need to decide wether you REALLY like it and don't care about selling it on should the need arise or the novelty wears off.
I understand your comments re. black cars, but let's assume you decide to sell it on and there's this car and a black one, I'm guessing there would be significantly more interest in the black one, and would sell much quicker, or at least the buyer would try and use the "unusual" colour as a bargaining tool to drop the price.
In the current economic climate I would certainly keep both eyes on the resale potential of any purchase, but if that's not a concern to you, good luck with it! Thumbs Up

I've had my S/C for nearly 8 months now (doesn't time fly?) and I get on average about 15. Some get less, but few seldom get more!

I've owned a 996 (C2) and there's a world of difference between a FFRR and a 911. Have you driven both?

This seems to be the only real flaw...unless i was being really picky...but i suppose its to be expected given the milage.

Common problem and easily repaired, new part costs in the region of £60

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover SE Td6 Zermatt Silver

According to our CAP based trade systems the 35th Ann. is worth about £1k more than the Standard SC:

2005(55)
Original Price £85,000
Franchised Dealer £15,560
Independent Dealer £14,520
Private Good £13,220
Private Poor £9,955
Part Exchange £10,625
Mileage 140,000

If you can get it at £11k and live with the fact that re-sale may take some time then go for it as its quite a good price (trade value) as you can see Thumbs Up

For what it's worth, I'd much rather have that than an equivalent black one for similar money.

Whether or not I'd buy one at all with 140k is another matter. Mr. Green

Gary what would be the valuations on a silver range rover S/C with 100,000 miles out of curiosity?

What I'm saying is that cheaper road tax wouldn't be a compelling reason to buy a car of any kind. If a newer car (and subsequently higher road tax) was available I'd consider that.........

I wouldn't imagine any potential buyer would take the lower tax price into account, Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
