Hi all,

After seeing several recommendations for this site over on Pistonheads I've just joined. I've been busy daydreaming about FFRRs. What started out as a quest for a cheap winter 4x4 has quickly turned into a 4.4V8 L322 quest. Turns out simple man maths was all I needed to move quickly from old TD5 Discos, Grand Cherokees, P38's all the way to the top Laughing

Can't really afford any of them but hey, when did that stop any of us right?

James

New Zealand 2006 Range Rover Vogue SE Supercharged Java Black

Welcome James & Simon.

Officially a FFRR owner for one week now and loving it Cool The forum here is great, I've been lurking for a while a now starting to participate. There's lots of info in the various topic specific forums and Search is your friend. Best way to get to know your FFRR is just get out there and drive it, most of the controls, functions & features are fairly intuitive to use and you'll soon wonder how you ever made do with out all the gadgets Mr. Green

Hi all,

Just joined after spending a while browsing the site - lots of great info on here. Bought my first Range Rover a month or two ago after probably best part of 20 years working up to it. The first few weeks of ownership have entailed getting a few niggles sorted under the Land Rover approved warranty (surprise, surprise). This site has been really fantastic at providing me with the information I needed so I wouldn't be fobbed off by the dealer with some of the problems. You have to love some of the things LR dealers think are "features" on a car... Rolling Eyes

Cheers,
SharpV8 Range Rover TDV8 Vogue SE

2005 Range Rover Vogue SE Supercharged Tonga Green

Morning All.

Just thought I would pop my head up over the parapet.

Bought a rather lovely 2005 SC over the weekend, some of you may know the car, was previously owned by a chap on here called Dan who I think posts occasionally Wink

Car is a credit to Dan and its previous owners, with a particularly lovely interior.

Few minor niggles (all pointed out prior to sale!) including water in a rear light lens, a flakey parking sensor and a slightly squeaky drivers seat (Dan suggested it never squeaked until sat in by a fat bloke) but all good fun stuff for someone who enjoys a bit of a tinker.

Also want a hybrid TV tuner (kids already blown away by RSE), and have a question about that, but will put up a separate post.

Am an ex-P38 (and classic) owner, and have a few posts on rangerovers.net (as dave-the-diver), so recognise a few familiar faces here.

David

As much as I would have liked to get 20K for it - I'm not a dealer... I appreciate that Gaz has outgoings associated with being a dealer - like all those foreign holidays! Whistle

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Rimini Red

Hi All,

Just joined the forum. Looking forward to having a browse.

Bit of a car nut really.

I have just sold my 97 4.6 Autobiography (But buying back when the guy sells it!) Very Happy

Have a P38 DSE in Rioja that has just been resprayed, replaced engine, autobiography centre console, 18" triple sport wheels, new carpet etc etc. Will eventually sell that on.

2007 (08 model) TDV8 Vogue SE with TV/DVD in rear, electronic locking diff, dimming ext mirrors, venture cam etc etc (Ex Land Rover management car so plenty of options) in Rimini Red.

Now on the hunt for a TD6 Vogue (In wanted section).

Plus a few other non Land Rover vehicles!

Very Happy
