Actually I was thinking on the regular (white/red) tail lights from the 07 Diesel modell, but now that you mention the Supercharger (Clear/Clear) I think it looks better . Are these SC tail lights also plug & play ? What do you guys think? Just find these on ebay, 2011 tail lights retrofit for 02-04 RR with resistors and instructions included. But it mention 02-04 US Range Rovers, will it be any difference for our European spec RR ? These look look terrific but are a bit pricy.

I think you'll find that the resistors and instructions will not be adequate. I bought a set of an ebay seller, fitted them, and didn't get error messages, but did get 'disco lights' which is when the lights will go on intermittently seemingly at random around the vehicle! It requires a bit more of a fix to eliminate this problem. Also you'll find you'll either have permanent or no fog lights! I believe the complete fix is probably not overly complicated, but you may have to pay a couple of hundred for the wiring, or pay somebody who's done it before. No I'll prepare to be proven wrong by somebody who's fixed a pair themselves! Otherwise, the clear/clear supercharged lights have always looked best to me, though the purists pay shoot you down for having them! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining! |

bozmandl9 thanks for your great feedback. Did you manage to solve the problem or your lights still need to be fixed?

I part exchanged the car with a dealer, still with the disco lights! The SC lights would be plug and play, any pre-2010 would be! So go for it! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining! |

The red and clear ones look the best non FL ones IMO. Plug and play and easy. The wiring from 2010MY onwards is completely new and the whole control system was updated. There is a way to fix it but it's very expensive. |
