Should my car have a battery cover over battery? I have it feeling it should and it was there last time I brought it to stealers ? Thinks they may have removed it and not replaced ..

Mine dose not have one either and I cold have sworn it did. On the basis of two maybe it doesnt. Others will be along to confirm I am sure

No cover on mine either. Never had one since I've owned it

the only cover on mine is the bonnet Previous one was the same.

Gave someone a jump start last week and noticed there aren't even any plastic terminal covers on the battery.

From memory the last one (3.6) had a cover on the positive side.
