You have to drill them out and buy new ones. This is the case when your windscreen is replaced. Ring the part department and ask for an a pillar cover fixing kit. You should get replacement plastic rivets and the plastic inserts for the holes in the body shell.

You can drill them out, you can drill a pilot hole and thread a fine screw and pull them out or ... as I do, with a punch, just knock the centre through (the centre just falls to the bottom of the A-Pillar) and they then just pull off! |

Ahhh, a quality stickler. I know how that is. Nearly everyone else I've ever dealt with just punches them through.
