Looks fun(ish), but avoid any fast corners or very bumpy offroading... |

That looks more like an Ice prepped vehicle than a mud plugging offroader... |

I got my first speeding ticket in my classic, on the M3. Good times. They were limited to 115. Nice to see the RR has got a whole 15mph faster ![]() ![]() |

Agreed, most things find their way onto a Range Rover chassis... ![]() |

I've seen enough Defender chassis' in my time and looked like one whilst passing (axles also) - but hey, I might be wrong. |

How would you differentiate between a Defender Chassis and a RRC Chassis considering they are pretty much identicle, including axles? The main difference would be if it was from an early defender it would have drum brakes? ![]() |

Between a Defender and RRC chassis Dan? If they are indeed that similar (which I wasn't aware of), TBH, passing at 15-20mph I wouldn't have the foggiest, then perhaps it wasn't... |

RR that age is the same chassis as the defender, but has 100" wheelbase rather than 90 or 110.

the best donor car to use now is a disco 2 as its got better running gear/radius arms/watts linkage suspension etc .a bit of useless info but a land rover 90 has a wheelbase of 92.5" not the 90" that everyone asume's |

The chassis are more different than just length - crossmembers, outriggers etc. ![]() |
