2000 grit was really too much. Even 3000 grit is very powerful! I use normally a 4000 grit and polish it with heavy compound. Post a pic here and also at DW I'm sure we can help you to get it fixed. Scratches normally dont need a respray. If they arent to deep you can polish them out with a rotary polisher and some good polish. |

Thanks Hugi all I could get was 2000 grit it actually looks worse than it is in picture. As can be seen I have blobbed paint over spots for the time being until I can get 4000 grit or so.
