Random restricted performance - any ideas

Got a bit of an ongoing aggravation on my 2010 4.4 TDV8. Hoping to draw on the experience of the forum to identify the potential problem.
I’ve scoured the forum for an identical issue and although aspects of the issue have been documented I can’t find an exact match.

The red restricted performance and limp mode happens intermittently during longer runs, all after 20-30 mins of driving at 60-70 mph. Its got to be point that on my regular commute it happens at nearly the exact same point in the journey. When it does happen I can pull over switch things off and let the car sit for 4-5mins, then on start up it’s gone and car drives fine.

Car is on 137000 miles and has been well maintained. I’ve had the car for 12 months and have changed oil every 6k.

Potential problems
- pressure leak. I’ve had a high pressure smoke test done a few times which no leaks evident. Plus I kinda think the restricted performance would happen immediately on heavy acceleration if an air leak was there.

- DPF regen issues - I think this is the most likely issue. I think the restricted performance pops up when the car has failed to complete a regen. Could be the DPF needs cleaning or replacing? Or is there an issue with temperature? It does complete regenerations, but does also seem to fail with them sometimes.

- Turbo pressure leak or actuator issue? Car does feel a bit gutless sometimes and has an odd swoosh after acceleration? Could this be causing the car to dumb more oil in DPF and stop it from successfully regen sometimes?

To add a bit more info to this, on 2 occasion the restricted performance has been accompanied by DPF full message. One was visit dealer and came after I had been driving particularly aggressively. Which got me thinking is there an issue causing more oil to clog up the DPF?

I’ve had it plugged it to check error code. Only one that keeps reappearing is the common egr temp sensor one that hides down the side of the manifold. This is on the list of jobs to do, but do people think this could be the main cause of my issue? I’ve seen some say it has no impact on the running of the engine?

Sorry about long post. Any help/questions gratefully received. 2010 Range Rover 4.4TDV8 Autobiography Black Edition
