3.6 TDV8 Throttle Position Sensor fault - Code P2138-62

Hi all, I've got a bit of a head scratcher going on with my L322 3.6 TDV8...

a few days ago, i noticed the binnacle throw up a warning: "Suspension lowered for safety". This message quickly disappeared and since then i have done around 30 miles.
Fast forward to yesterday and my truck has now thrown up a series of warnings including the dreaded Red engine fault warning /it will not go above 5mph...

Ive plugged in a scanner and as expected i had a list of misc. fault codes so after a full clear, the one that immediately reappears is 'P2138-62' "Throttle / pedal position sensor/ switch D/E voltage correlation"

I have replaced the throttle pedal with a known good unit but the problem still persists.

Looking at live data i notice that the pedal angle only ever reaches a maximum of 19 degrees on the data steam and the D/E voltages are not as expected (one approx half voltage of the other)

Has anyone here had any experience with an issue similar or can suggest where i could look next. Im assuming theres a position sensor on the throttle body that could need a clean up?

Any advice gratefully received!

UPDATE:
It seems that changing the accelerator pedal was what was needed, however trying to clear the codes afterwards using both a TopDon artidiag and also an Xtool diagnostic computer wasn't enough to tell the Range Rover that it had received a new pedal. Plugging in a Snapon Diag tool and clearing codes through that seems to have done the trick.

She lives to fight another day!
