Door seal replacement

I have a bad left rear door seal that has tears in it. This is the seal thats on the body (see pic). Dealer said it took about hour but I can't find any videos on how to do it. Was wondering if anyone had replaced one of these?

My apologies, I was just pointing out the body seal. The tears from my dogs paws are lower near the bottom.

So looking at it closely , it appears to be very easy. Just have to remove or loosen the lower plastic side trim and remove the scuff plate and it peels right off.
