my only suggestion is to reboot the whole car by disconnecting the battery foe a while.. ... - .- -.

Disconnect the battery completely BOTH terminals, and touch the terminals together for 10 seconds, replace the negative first, then the positive.

The latest version of the InControl Touch Pro software is 21B. ISTR there were several CarPlay improvements from 19C. I'm not sure if with the OTA updates they need to install in sequence (if they do you have several more updates to go)

When connecting a totally-disconnected battery, it's good practice to connect the positive first in case the spanner touches metalwork whereby it cannot short the battery because the negative isn't connected, then connect the negative as the spanner touching metalwork isn't an issue.
