steering

hi guys
i replaced my steering rack a few weeks ago (new one) all been good but when ever you get out the town and onto motorway/dual carriageway or country roads the steering feels like its over sensitive ,feels a bit floaty if that makes any sense .....was wondering if any body has had this ? and if so can it be adjusted or is this just normal ? all my other vehicles have had hydraulic steering ?

thanks

Mine definitely feels reassuringly precise, if that's your sensation. Compared, say, to an old Defender! To be honest I am not sure what over-sensitive steering feels like, so I am sorry to not be of any help. But part of me thinks your car, post-rack, is now as nature intended. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
