I got some replacement letters from another member on here but no template and the one I made for my L322 isn't right (too short) is it easy to do by eye or will I make a pigs breakfast out of it? Geoff |

I'm replying to myself - there is a write up on the wiki and it seems a bit of patience and some masking tape is all it takes - I've got lots of masking tape |

What about using double sided tape and line the letters up on another range rover to get the spacing and then transfer to your car? John

I just got round to having a look at replacing my letters, do they follow the curve of the bonnet front edge or are they straight. When I say curve I mean that happy to see me look of the whole text RANGE ROVER not the curve North South of the individual letters which I think is at best pretty irrelevant over such a short distance or at worst an unban myth. I had the same letters with the template already but you have to be really careful as it sticks fine ones and second time they are easily come off... |

Or STRANGE ROVER, a member of AULRO and a guy I used to offroad with in Perth, Australia about 15 years ago. Very nice chap, had a Rangie Classic, not sure where he got the S & T from, but it was funny nonetheless. ![]() Jon 1992 RR Classic 3.9 efi Vogue 2014 Disco 4 HSE =================== Both my fatties now gone... And of course the classic HANG OVER as seen below, easily made with a modified letter 'R'.
