Can anyone tell me the fluid i need to top up the reservoir..?

JLR Cold climate power steering fluid, or oil to same spec. To see the level, shine a torch through the top...

If you need a lot to top up then you may have the dreaded pipe failure... Pete

Not sure if this normal or not, but the fluid is very brown and below minimum...

Also, the coolant level seemed low and dirty as well.

Do I need to be concerned, or just top up/drain and refill?

From memory the fluid is green.

Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

As said it’s supposed to be light green

That brown fluid has water in it (or coolant). I'd definitely consider flushing it...
