I know this is an old thread, but did you get anywhere with your complaint? I am in the final stages of taking MDRS Rentals to court for the supply of a car to me last year that was supplied with a litany of faults.

They are denying that its their fault and saying that it is myself that willfully damaged the car.

Unfortunately not card suppliers not interested so Ive just got to live with it, fortunately found someone who has sorted the issues, just need to sort the earth issues 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8
