Braithwaites Garage - Feedback

Just thought I'd provide some positive feedback concerning a garage I recently used as we tend to see only the bad.

I had my car booked into Braithwaites garage for a Hunter four wheel alignment last week. I was quoted £90 with the proviso that any additional work required may incur further costs. Anyway, I duly turned up at the appointed time and provided with a nice cup of coffee whilst I waited for my car to be processed. Within the hour the work on my car was completed and I was presented with a bill for £45. I enquired as why it was only £45 as I'd been quoted £90 for a full four wheel alignment check as I was concerned that they'd only done part of the work. The response was that the rear wheels were within tolerance with no adjustments required so they only charged me for the front wheels. The printed Hunter report confirmed this.

It's a refreshing change to see a garage charge less than the quoted price and provide a very professional and positive experience.
