Replacing Injectors - What else?

I'm planning to have my injectors replaced on my 2014 L405 SCV8, which isn’t too surprising given that I’ve now crossed the 200,000 km mark. While the top of the engine is off, I’ll also be replacing the notorious coolant pipes and fixing an air leak.

Within reason, what else should I (read my mechanic) consider replacing while I’ve got access to this part of the engine?

Come on, lads. This is a serious mechanical undertaking! I was hoping you Commonwealth chaps could band together and offer some proper advice. Do I really need to go bothering the Americans over at RangeRover.net? Laughing
