There is potential here for delays in sourcing parts. Everything mine has needed - even routine things - has taken weeks to come in at JLR. Seems their parts logistics/supply chain is very poor. As mentioned above, it's probably reasonable to give them a date you want it by, at which point you want a refund or discount if it's not ready.
