just drove back from my week away in the lakes. FF is quite good at tugging my "Plastic Palace"!! could do with a few more horses for some of those hills though, but that is in hand when my tuning box is fitted.

was quite please, towed my caravan 80 miles each way to the lakes and back, plus about 250 miles running round up hill and down dale and averaged 22mpg for my trip... Very Happy Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE

England

Four days Ago:

Filled it up with logs (brimming!) from a felled Wellingtonia (Like a california redwood). Downside was the the wood smelled like urine. Not sure what they make the house smell like when I burn 'em this winter Wink

Today:
Drove 50 miles
Filled it up with two 8 x 4 m marquees (proper ones not B&Q!) and a few cases of disposable cups following a successful charity event for Help The Heroes. You can just keep shoving stuff in and the FFRR keeps on taking it
Drove 50 miles home

I love the bit when you start the car up after loading, and it just resets itself to ride height Smile .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

United Kingdom 2019 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Santorini Black

Last week:

Drove to the South of France and then back this weekend gone, total approx 2,000 miles. Sublimely easy and so good with cooled seats! Cool

Today, just drove to the office and back and same tomorrow. Neutral

One evening this week I hope to scrape all the dead bodies off the car, it's no longer grey but a splattered red and yellow fly-entrails colour! Discovery 4 HSE

Saturday - fitted a new battery - thank god for the bonnet 'service mode'. Ran a clay bar over it and then waxed it on Sunday, and finally gave the leather another feed. Had a go at hitching my trailer up for the first time as well - all seemed nice and level.

Or perhaps I should delete that as not being politically correct?

My defence is I'm sitting in the business lounge having had a few Jamesons! Thumbs Up Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
