My car came without a full size 22" spare so I've bought one which means it will never ever get used.
I don't know what parts I need to secure it.
If anyone has a spare fitted it would be really helpful if you could let me know what is required for both safe stowage and if there's a lifter strap like the L405 used to have.

You can buy all the gear needed as spare parts. Mine was like yours, but they wanted £300.00 for the bits. Mainly carpet. The tyre should be fixed down so it’s doesn’t move around .

I used the screw fitting to hold the tyre in place from my trade in & regret my spare tyre doesn’t have a carpet to lie in. I took the lifter strap as well, but honestly I’m incapable of pulling those tyres out now, so it’s a call out anyway. I would expect you can buy the screw in spindle on its own.

Mines a 23 inch wheel so it’s v snug! Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

Thanks for the responses, I’ll definitely get the long bolt that holds the wheel down and lifting strap. Is there a bottle or scissor jack, I guess stowed within the wheel barrel?
Lastly, do you jack the car up on the deployable side step end frames? Current fleet:
