Hazard lights switch remains on when car is locked

Seems i am gonna be posting lots of questions around here about my newly acquired 2017 3.0 hybrid AB…
When the car is locked, the hazard lights switch remains lit, even overnight. The dealer suggests that this means there is an issue causing a module to remain on constantly, draining the battery. That in turn causes problems for the hybrid system. Quite a mess…
No errors come up in the diagnostic. Any ideas on what can i look for?
Any input is appreciated. Thanks

I'd need to go look to see if mine stays on. I don't remember seeing it happen.

That said, the cars generally stay in a semi-wake state for upto 20 minutes after turn off, before everything shuts down. If you've ever sat in the car after switch off for a long time, you hear things continue to happen. Plus many cars have blinking red lights in them to show the alarm is set ... if its just small LED, its not going to drain the system just for that light.

Are you seeing the light on hours after it's locked ?

Are you actually seeing any issues from drain ? V8 or else ...

The light stays on even overnight. So, the dealer seems to have a point that this should not happen. The light definitely won’t drain the battery, but what about if there is actually a module that causes the light to stay illuminated? This could result to a potential battery drain.
The whole discussion starts from the fact that the car -albeit a hybrid- has 0% engine off since i got it. I am hoping that is due to a low start stop battery, but the dealer says it has to do with the fact that the car cannot go to sleep. Cant see how it relates and to be frank, i think he has no idea what he is talking about. Anything i asked them about the car, the replies i got were inconsistent and laughable at most times. Didnt want to be rude, as i want to continue the full official dealer maintenance history, but i will take it to an indie to try and work it out.
In the meantime i am counting on solving the issue by replacing the start stop battery. The car wont stop the engine even when completely idle. So, it probably need replacing, although the dealer said that the battery is healthy
