Andy's is a diesel, yours, the V8 BMW unit will sound like this... it's far too loud and I fitted a smaller rear box off an Audi IIRC. Details in the thread in my sig strip...

Hi, yes on the diesel it's much more subdued when you remove the back box, that second video's sound is a bit to much to live with on a daily basis.

I removed the rear box from my L322 4.4 bmw m62 v8 and it sounds puuuuuuf ect |
