Hi guys on my 3.6tdv8 on the rear differential is a rather big motor similar to the high/low transfer motor, not seen it before but I do believe it was an option for a diff lock , will try to get a better picture
It’s bolted on top of the diff housing

Definitely the motor for a locking differential.
