Ran the pre heater now loads of faults

So as it’s cold I ran the pre heater for 15mins before leaving work, got in to a nice warm car, pressed the button to start there wash a few seconds delay which I assumed is due to the cold then she fired up and ran a treat unfortunately that’s when it all went wrong, got loads of faults, adaptive dampers, parking break, gearbox, abs, and lots more, I assumed a low battery so decided to take it for a run to get battery charged up but no I couldn’t as the gear knob was stuck down 😡.

So I plugged in my GAP tool cleared all the faults but they immediately came back up, got my charger on and even asked my local garage to take a look and even with the snap on diagnostic tool all the faults came back, battery was at 11.7 it’s only 2 years old, I’ve left it on trickle charge overnight, hoping it will sort it out but a bit concerned that even the gap tool couldn’t sort it

Apart from low voltage is there anything else I should be looking at

Thanks in advance

What are the actual faults rather than the list by ecu and did you do this with the engine running as this will have maintained the voltage via the alternator to eliminate low voltage issues with the GAP tool. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Most of those are spurious codes thrown when the voltage drops. Replacement batteries from Tayna are not that expensive so maybe worth changing it. At least there's no alternator faults showing. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Battery voltage on the screen shot is showing 12.2v after a charge, battery has failed.... Thumbs Up Pete

Not great for an 18 month old battery but it’s covered by warranty. But even when fully charged inc charger still on the codes won’t clear and you can’t engage gear 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8

Local garage checked the battery and it’s ok so hard reset to do then I’m stuck for ideas almost all the faults relate to list communication with the transmission module, is there a plug that could have got damp like my old disco, need the car to take swimbo for her chemo turning up in the old works can is t going down well 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8
