Probably a stupid seat question

Last RR I had was a Classic 3.9 V8 manual. Have an itch for an L405 and have a seat question. I am sure its an obvious answer but in spec I see
18x18 way front seats and then in the next line 20 way heated and cooled front seats. Is this an error in the ad or does it mean 2 different things?
Tried google and search on here
Thanks

England 2015 Range Rover SVAutobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

There are 18 way adjustable seats and then you can have a premium 24 way adjustable seat. These are usually fitted in conjunction with the upgraded audio system (so come with speakers & obvious speaker grille’s in the rear of the seats)
Both usually come with blown heating & cooling. However some poverty spec cars just get electrically heated seats.
Then you get the massage function in the Autobiography as standard. BUT, just because it’s an Autobiography, doesn’t automatically get the upgraded 24 way front seats. As above, these along with the premium audio is a price extra! So one really needs to know what he wants before looking as it can be a minefield!

Mine has the extended 24way seats and hifi and I wouldn’t go back to basics now I’ve gotten used to the luxury! Thumbs Up
