Be careful with online discount tyres they are often a few years old I bought some Pirellis from Blackcircle last year and they were 2019 - for me no issue as I wear them out in a year but be careful - there are no hard rules on this but I wouldn't go over 5 years old but thats just me |

I've found the Pirelli Scorpion Zero PNCS to be verging on dangerous in the wet. They simply can't move the water away fast enough and the cars will aquaplane about 45 - 50 mph.

I’d not be surprised you get aquaplaning at those speeds on 3.5mm of tread to be honest but how have you managed to chew through that much rubber in a year |

How many miles a year are you covering to chew through that much rubber sir? If normal miles then id seriously suggest getting the setup looked at as somethings up! |

This wear is almost exactly 9,000 miles from December 2023 to now.

I got 30k miles out of my last set of Verde's and changed at 4mm and they wore pretty evenly front and rear. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

That’s similar to what most of my customers report on tyre wear hence me asking if something is wrong with the tyre wear on “woodys” car…

I'm on 255/55 R20. I reckon I could have got another 5k at least out of them if I'd had them at the right pressure as they wore out on the edges due to my tyre inflator over reading by 3psi... 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Just having the debate on replacement tyres, I’ve been running Verdes and they’ve been on the car since Ive had it, I put them on about 4 41/2 years ago and I’ve done around 25,000 miles, there is about 4mm left so it’s about time…..

Hi all - does anybody know if Pirelli make the PNCS tyres in 255/55/19? I’m usually on Scorpions and would like to continue using these tyres but would just like a bit of noise cancelling if I can! 2007 Range Rover Vogue 3.6 TDV8 |
