I recently had to adjust mine. Took a fair amount of heat. Once hot apply candle wax to the thread and it seeps down the thread. Came loose eventually.

I have an adjustable rod and 2 blocks to rest the rod ends on, setting the rod to the distance between the front sidewalls then roll the vehicle forwards or backwards until the same measure point is at the back to measure the distance at the back, then adjust the toe each side to gradually make the distances the same, rolling the mark on the tyres back and forth for each measurement. One time it was so close that the wheel aligner didn't need to touch it. |
