Yep, fit into the mirror puddle lights and no need to mess about with resistors or old bulbs etc. Surprisingly bright too

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Buckingham Blue

Resurrecting this 7 year old thread to confirm wiring the old filament bulb in parallel on ONE side, with a resistor and LED from powerfulUK on the other side WORKS. 2007 S/C 4.2. LEDs now on approach / wing mirror lights both sides working great.

I've soldered SO badly and added electrical tape and god knows how I'll get it off when the filament bulb dies but thanks all for the advice!

Another tip I saw elsewhere was wiring the approach bulbs to the interior lights at the base of the door, but this was too fiddly for me. L322 2007 S/C 4.2L
