New to me l405 lwb

So after much deliberation I have taken the plunge on a 17 plate lwb 4.4sdv8 to replace my 2012 l322 Westminster (now for sale).

Was looking at the 5.0sc vs 4.4 plus whether exec seats would work for boot space. Time will tell.

Due to me next week hopefully. Cheers

James

Exec seats definitely eat into boot space and pre-face lift they are two seaters in the rear, right? However, in a LWB I imagine I expect they’re highly desirable if you can live with that compromise.

I have a face lift car and the exec seats are wonderful while retaining the practicality of a [slightly uncomfortable] middle seat with the electrically deployed armrest up. When the armrest is down it creates a very comfortable and convenient effect.

Compared to your L322, you’ll need to be prepared to compromise on boot space regardless. But you could always tow a trailer! Rolling with laughter L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso

Yes boot space massive concern. It appears though and I don't know how but by doing some measuring the lwb I have doesn't have exec seats, boot space measured is100mm ish longer at base than exec seat options and longer at parcelmshelfmheihht than all.exec seated ones I have measured or someonenhas measured for me. Time will tell! Cheers

its finally arrived! two new batteries in it as no stop start and wouldnt start on day 2! its been sat around since Apr so i wasnt suprised.

these 405 boots are small compared to the L322 as you go up!

non exec seats so as much room as i can get i reckon.

Now hoping shes a good one! Cheers
