United Kingdom 2019 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue
Yet another adBlue question!

Ok, I have searched the forums and I just trying to get some clarity here, anything that is labelled as 'adBlue', which I understand is the brand name, should be compatible with a 2019 Range Rover or must it specifically state adherence to 'ISO 22241-1'?

If there are different types of DEF am I correct in thinking that there could be issues if an incompatible type of is used?

What are you guys using and where are you getting it from? I am told ScrewFix is a good source, is that correct? _______________________________________________

In Luxembourg, the Shell garage has an Ad-Blue pump for cars, I have been using that to fill up the last couple of years. It is cheaper than buying their containers of it. I have been happy with it.
I ensure I have a full tank before long trips and have never needed to fill up elsewhere.

I don't know if garages in other places are offering this. SDV8 AB MY 2020

Using drums of Mannol from eBay, meets the standards and no issues.

Thanks guys, seems like making sure the ISO standard is matched should ensure compatibility. Thumbs Up _______________________________________________

United States 2006 Range Rover HSE 4.4 V8 Buckingham Blue

I am in the Colonies...
But I have to say that the AdBlue bottles with the self sealing valve are the bomb!

No Drips, no Mess and the cap unscrews so you can reuse the bottle.
Here is where I got mine... a bit pricey, but I was investing in the bottle.

The big thing to look out for is DEF in unconditioned space or really setting out in the sun like at a gas station. Jimmy O'Riley has a million good videos on DEF/DPF, etc. here is his video on DEF sitting out.

Here is the video I did on filling the DEF...

I took out the serving package from JLR. Seemed reasonably good value. Two services about £1000/1100 ish

Includes top ups of Adblu as required/anytime! Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

He who dies with the most toys wins...
