Hello, do these cars have a module to control the front wipers?

Mine have started doing a random thing….

If I switch them on they stay on no matter what position you put them in at “normal speed” if I switch off they will remain on for another 3-4 wipes and then stop in the incorrect position until flicking them on again to reset. Thought it was a one off but it’s done it several times now 🙁

Any ideas?
