Marmite Mods…

Had my 2018 Vogue SE for just over a month now. Bought it from a main dealer with a Land Rover SVO kit already fitted. I know it’s genuine Land Rover as some of the bits I’ve taken off bear the Land Rover stamps.

I’m pretty handy with basic mods and maintenance and I’ve also got a good friend who is a Ferrari tech and also owns his own garage with ramps so any trouble, I can go to him for help and advice.

So far, I’ve gone for an SVA style front grill, side vents and badging. I also managed to wrap the rear silver boot trim gloss. All items bought from EBay. The best bargain was the side vents for £40 delivered. This is how it looks now…

Over the next couple of weeks, I’m planning to wrap the lower trims in gloss black too.

Not a huge lover of mods but those side vents look great.
You've got me wondering about the plastic scuttle panel at the rear of the bonnet. Maybe yours doesn't have it but the older ones have it in a silver grey colour.could it be wrapped in black??? Neutral

Most things can be wrapped. It’s quite tricky though. I had tremendous difficulty just wrapping the straight bit of silver trim on the boot! As always, YouTube is a great source of information. Plus you’re safe in the knowledge that you can always remove the wrap and start again with a fresh piece.

I bought all my supplies from here:
