Oil cooler coolant connecter seal ?

Can anyone tell me a part number for this seal or do I have to buy a whole pipe 🤷🏼‍♂️

Germany 2017 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Carpathian Grey

A new seal doesn't help, I've changed the oil cooler unit many times, usually the diameter of the pipe leading from the cooler is 0.5mm too thin than the original LR part. I simply cut a radiator hose that was already angled and attached it with two clamps.
