What’s the book time to replace LR019598 a/c hose?

My a/c hose has been diagnosed with a leak from part no. LR019598

Can anyone tell me the book time to replace this, and do you have any hints/tips to get the job done?

I have done the equivalent pipe on a 3.8 V8 (twice) They can be a real PIA. The first time was easier than the second for some reason. The only extra thing I had to remove was the header tank and the heater intake box (2 bolts) I would allow at 2 hrs plus the regas 2010 3.6 TDV8

Oh that’s great news! It’s off to a LR/RR specialist to have this done so my expectations of the invoice have improved Bow down

They may be some difference between the 4.4 and 3.6 so bear that in mind, and always get an estimate upfront! 2010 3.6 TDV8

Did you get this done in the end?

Having had a mobile guy out to check and regas mine this morning as it wasn't blowing cold, exactly the same pipe seems to have rubbed itself through, so I'm going to have to replace!

Hi, yes I did get this done, just in time for a 2 week road trip, UK>France>Spain>Monaco>France>UK. The AC blew perfectly cold for the entire journey, where it was up to 40c outside.

Cam-Tech Craig did the ac work for me, as well as replacing the vacuum pump, crank seal and the aux belt.

I couldn’t recommend Cam-Tech highly enough! (But it may not suit your location).

Super, thanks - I'll order up the parts and see what I can do then!

If I lived the other side of London I'd very happily use Craig given his reputation on here, but from the east side I've been using Steve at Brownchurch for nearly 20 years to look after all my Land Rovers who I'm also super happy with.

I'll hopefully do the work myself if time between work and two small children allow, but if not will get it to Steve....
