I’m fitting a dashcam to my L405 this weekend. It’s a Road Angel Halo View. Bought a separate hardwiring kit and plan on connecting it up to the fuse box behind the lower glovebox.

For a switched live, just use the heated steering wheel fuse

Building up to this job and plucking up courage to yank the overhead console off. Is there a secret technique or does it just pull off? |

Would anybody know if the PowerfulUK Dash Cam Power Tap-In Loom can be used in a 2019 model? It mentions possibly the 2018 facelift on the website but they have not tested it, has anybody tried? _______________________________________________

I have had mine for 5 years now, its a Qvia T790, its crystal clear video, I would think there are more modern and with more advanced features & tech etc on the market today. 2018 SE SDV8 4.4 Byron Blue |

Simply yank it off! There’s a Powerful video on YouTube but get one of those plastic pry tools and start from the edge furthest away from the windscreen and it pops off. |

Have ordered the Garmin kit from PowerfulUK as I have been gifted a Garmin 65W camera so may as well use the park guard functionality _______________________________________________
